§ 95.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined, as set forth in the chart in Chapter 33, Appendix A of this code of ordinances, subject to payment through the Ordinance Violation Bureau.
   (B)   Any person or persons, firms or corporations violating the provisions of § 95.05 shall be fined $25.
