§ 90.156  DISPOSITION OF MONIES.
   All monies generated or collected by virtue of the provisions of this chapter are to be set aside and shall be placed in a non-reverting Animal Control Fund to be used exclusively for animal welfare and control. Monies located within the fund shall be appropriated by the Town Council.
