§ 90.066  FEE FOR RETURNED ANIMAL.
   Any companion animal found running at large and has proper registration will be returned its registered owner without being placed in the care of the Terre Haute Humane Society and if no other costs were incurred by the county, and the owner is at the animals registered address, the fee will be $25. This fee will be per occurrence per animal.
