All registrations, and the property associated with those registrations, in §§ 90.016 through 90.019, are subject to periodic inspections by animal control, or law enforcement, who believe there may be an ordinance violation occurring on the property, as well as 9 C.F.R. Parts 3.1 through 3.19 and guidelines as set forth by the Indiana State Board of Animal Health.
