§ 72.03  PARKING PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN PLACES.
   (A)   No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under the conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic, except that a driver may stop temporarily during the actual loading or unloading of passengers or when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs, signals or a police officer.
   (B)   No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in the space between the property lines.
   (C)   When official signs or markings are erected or painted giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon the streets or parts of streets except for the purpose of loading or unloading materials, merchandise or passengers and at no time for a period to exceed five minutes as follows: entrances of any church, school, theater, motion picture house, bus station, public meeting place or hall, town hall, fire and police stations.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park or stop a motor vehicle over and along the west side of South Seventh Street from the south side of National Avenue for a distance of 50 feet. It shall be unlawful for any person to park or stop a motor vehicle over and along the east side of South Seventh Street from the south side of National Avenue for a distance of 25 feet.
