§ 70.02  COST FOR CHECKS OF THE TITLE WITH BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
   Hereinafter, all checks of record performed by an employee of the town shall be paid for by the person requesting the record check, by payment of the sum of $5 to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town for each record check.
