§ 70.01  PROHIBITING OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES UPON OR OVER THE LEVEE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firms or corporations to operate a motor vehicle upon or over the levee of the town, which has been constructed under law, except for the purpose of:
   (A)   Passing over the levee:
      (1)   At a public or private crossing; or
      (2)   Upon a part of a public highway.
   (B)   Inspection or repair.
