(A) The contractor shall provide contact information with all units so services may be requested and complaints may be made. Such contact shall be available Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
(B) The contractor shall maintain proper accounting records for the scope of all services of the agreement and provide to the town an accounting of all charges and expenditures as may be necessary for audit purposes. All such records relating to this agreement shall be subject to inspection and examination by the town during reasonable business hours and upon reasonable prior notice.
(C) All complaints received by the contractor shall be investigated within 24 hours. The contractor shall keep a written record of complaints and indicate in said record the disposition of each. Such records shall be provided to the town upon 48 hours written request. The records shall indicate the date and hour the complaint was recorded, the date and hour at which it was resolved, and how it was resolved.
