§ 51.02  SCHEDULE OF PICK-UP.
   Each unit will have refuse, as covered hereunder, removed weekly. Each unit will have recycling material removed bi-weekly. The town will supply locations and updates to this list to the contractor. The contractor acknowledges that it will accept this list and updates. The contractor will notify units of the schedule by publication and other forms of communication. Days of collections shall be Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The contractor will not provide service on the following holidays: Thanksgiving; Christmas; New Year’s Day; Memorial Day; July 4; and Labor Day. In the event of holiday interrupting service to any unit, service to the affected until shall be promptly rescheduled to a different day within the same week with notification by publication and others forms of communication.
   (B)   Once a schedule is set and published and the contractor determines that the schedule will be changed units must be notified by publication and other forms of communication.
   (C)   The contractor will set a heavy item pick-up schedule and notify units of this schedule by publication and other forms of communication.
   (D)   The town shall give 14 days’ notice for the contractor to deliver a 30-yard open top. The town may request ten annually at the town’s discretion.
   (E)   The town shall give 30 days’ notice for the contractor to set up a single stream recycling location for units access. The contractor shall maintain this recycling location and remove recycling material bi-weekly.
   (F)   The town shall give 30 days’ notice for the contractor to set up special spring/fall cleanup and Christmas tree pickup.
