(A) The territory of the Town of West Terre Haute, Vigo County, Indiana, be and the same hereby is redistricted and divided into three wards, numbered from one to three inclusive, and that each of the wards shall be bounded as follows:
(1) Boundaries of First Ward shall be all that territory within the corporate limits north of a middle line National Avenue running east and west;
(2) Boundaries of Second Ward shall be all that territory within the corporate limits lying south of a middle line of National Avenue and north of a middle line of Edwards Street running east and west; and
(3) Boundaries of Third Ward shall be all that territory with the corporate limits lying south of a middle line of Edwards Street running east and west.
(B) The Town Council hereby determines and declares that this chapter is the restatement and re-enactment of General Ord. 2 adopted by the Council on March 10, 1953.
