§ 36.19  ALCOHOL BREATH TESTING.
   Alcohol breath testing (EBT) will be conducted either at Town Hall, a county or state law enforcement agency, or at a private clinic or laboratory. If the town chooses to conduct alcohol breath testing (EBT) on its own premises, such testing shall be conducted in the presence of certified operators, other than the employee’s supervisor.
