§ 153.095 PERMITTED USES.
   Within the R-2 Two-Family Residential District, no structure or land shall be used, except for one or more of the following uses:
   (A)   Any permitted use regulated in the R-1A District, § 153.050; and/or
   (B)   Two-family dwelling.
