The City may revise, rearrange and codify its ordinances with such additions and deletions as may be deemed necessary by the Council. Such ordinances shall be published pursuant to state law. Hard copies of the entire City Code shall be available at the office of the City Clerk for inspection by the general public for free and copies may be made pursuant to the City's adopted fee schedule.
