§ 155.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MUNICIPAL RIGHT-OF-WAY. Any easement for road purposes held by the town, and shall include the full width of said easement, notwithstanding the fact that only a portion of the easement may be occupied as a road.
   ROADWAY. The portion of the municipal right-of-way constituting the actual surface thereof upon which vehicles travel.
   STREET. The portion of the municipal right-of-way constituting the actual surface thereof upon which vehicles travel.
