§ 154.17 MAINTENANCE OF PREMISES.
   All freestanding signs and the premises surrounding the same shall be maintained by the owner/lessee thereof in a clean, sanitary, and inoffensive condition, and free and clear of all obnoxious substances, rubbish, and weeds.
