§ 154.16 SIGN IDENTIFICATION.
   Every sign or other advertising structure hereafter registered shall show in a conspicuous place thereon which is visible to the inspector and is readable by the inspector from the ground, the permit number. Alternatively, the sign identification may be displayed with the business license.
