§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person who engages in any business, trade, or vocation for which a license, permit, certificate, or registration is required by this chapter, without having a valid license, permit, certificate or certificate of registration as required, or who fails to do anything required by this chapter or by any code adopted by this chapter, or who otherwise violates any provisions of this chapter or of any code adopted by this chapter, or who violates any lawful regulation or order made by and of the officers provided for in this chapter, is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $260.
      (2)   Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (B)   Any violation or noncompliance with §§ 152.30 through 152.36 will result in the imposing of a $50 fine.

   (C)   No penalty imposed by and pursuant to this chapter shall interfere with the right of the town also to apply to the proper courts of the state for a mandamus, and injunction, or other appropriate action against such person.
