§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   Any public utility, person, firm, corporation, or other entity charged with violating any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of up to $200. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
