§ 135.02 IMPERSONATING MUNICIPAL OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to impersonate any material misrepresentation to any municipal police officer or employee, or exercise, or attempt to exercise, any of the duties, functions, or powers of any municipal officer or employee, without being duly authorized to do so.
