§ 131.11 CONTRIBUTING TO DELINQUENCY OF MINORS.
   (A)   A MINOR or CHILD shall include male or female persons who shall not have arrived at the age of 18 years at the time of the commission of the offense.
   (B)   A DELINQUENT CHILD shall include a minor who shall have been, or is, violating any penal statute of this state or who commits any offense listed in this code.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and willfully cause, aid, abet, or encourage a minor to be, to remain, or to become a delinquent child, as defined herein.
