§ 131.09 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to misrepresent said person’s age through false documentation for the purpose of inducing any person to sell alcoholic beverages to said person.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to have in his, her, or their possession any alcoholic beverages, while such person is upon any street, alley, road, or highway, or in any public place within the town.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to open a retail container or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises of a retail package store.
   (D)   No person drunk or in a state of intoxication shall appear, or be upon or in, any street, alley, place of business, or other public place, nor shall any person drink any alcoholic beverage upon or in any street, alley, place of business, or other public place within the town.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person to transport in any vehicle upon any street, alley, or other public way within the town any alcoholic beverage, except in the original container which shall not have been opened and the seal of which shall not have been removed, unless the opened container be in the trunk or any closed compartment or other container out of public view and out of reach of the driver or any occupant of the vehicle.
   (F)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, to buy, receive, posses, sell, barter, give away, manufacture, or use any alcoholic beverages in violation of the State Constitution and laws or this code.
