§ 31.31 DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.

   There is hereby established, under the executive branch of government for the town, a Department of Emergency Management, which shall consist of:

   (A)   An Emergency Management Director, who shall be appointed by, report directly to, and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor of the town; and

   (B)   Emergency Management Volunteers, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Emergency Management Director, to support the efforts and purpose of the Emergency Management Department as established herein.
