For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
INTOXICATING BEVERAGES. All beverages containing more than 0.5% alcohol by volume, and more than 3.2% alcohol by weight.
MINOR. A person under 21 years of age.

RETAIL DEALER. Any person, firm, corporation, association, or concessionaire who sells, distributes, or dispenses at retail any intoxicating beverage within the corporate limits of the town, without regard as to any place where such beverages may be consumed or used.
