§ 115.049 DENIAL OF LICENSE.
   The Chief of Police shall act upon the application for a license for the operation of a private club within ten days after the filing thereof. If the Chief of Police disapproves and denies the application, he or she shall notify the applicant in writing within five days after the denial thereof, giving the reasons for his or her denial of the license.
