§ 115.031 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter shall, in addition to the penalties provided in § 115.999, be cause for revocation of the license issued to any such person, partnership, firm, or corporation, and the same may be thus revoked by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees, and upon such revocation, no part of the license fee paid shall be refunded.
