§ 115.030 NOT TO PERMIT DRUNK PERSON IN CAFÉ, CLUB, AND THE LIKE.
   No person operating a café, restaurant, club, or any place of recreation within this town, and no employee engaged in connection with the operation of such a café, restaurant, or club, or place in such places of business shall permit any person to become drunk or intoxicated in such a café, restaurant, or club.
