§ 31.02 TOWN OFFICERS MAY BE APPOINTED; VOTE OF ELECTORS REQUIRED.
   The Board of Trustees of the town may by ordinance provide for the submission to a vote of the qualified electors of the town the question of providing for the appointment by the Board of Trustees of the Town Clerk/Treasurer.
