(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of §§ 112.01 through 112.03 and 112.15 through 112.20, or any legal order or regulation made pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $200, not including costs. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
