§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, association, or corporation who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter or any legal order or regulation made pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $250. Each day upon which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. Revocation of a license shall not be grounds for the return of any portion of the license fee.

   (B)   Any person, firm, association, or corporation which fails to renew its annual occupational license on or before August 15 of each year shall be assessed a $5 per day penalty for each day after August 15 until the renewal is obtained, up to a maximum of $150 in separate penalties, provided that this penalty shall not apply to new permanent occupations making an initial application for a permanent license.
