(A) Any license issued by the town may be revoked by the Board of Town Trustees after notice and an opportunity for a hearing is given to the person, firm, association, or corporation engaged in the permanent occupation.
(B) The reasons for which a license may be revoked are as follows.
(1) The business of the licensee has created or is creating a public nuisance as that term is defined by 50 O.S. §§ 1 and 2.
(2) The licensee has engaged in serious and repeated violations of the state law or municipal ordinances.
