§ 92.03 TOWN BOARD MAY DETERMINE NUISANCES.
   The Town Board of Trustees has the power to determine what is and what shall constitute a nuisance within the corporate limits of the town and, for the protection of the public health, parks, and water supply, outside of said town’s corporate limits.
