§ 91.14 KENNELS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall be permitted to own a kennel within the town.
   (B)   If such a person is found to have a kennel on his, her, or their property, the person shall be deemed in violation of this chapter and is subject to the penalties included in this chapter.
