§ 75.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any amount not exceeding the limits established in § 32.99. Each day’s continuation of any such violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
