§ 73.19 PROHIBITION OF USE OF “JAKE” BRAKES.
   It shall be unlawful and an offense within the municipal limits of the town for any person, firm, or corporation to use vehicle or trailer brakes which create an excessive or unusual noise such as is created by the use of “Jake” brakes.
