§ 30.02 PLACE OF MEETING.
   Every meeting of the Board of Trustees shall be held in the Town Hall unless, in case of an emergency, the President of the Board designates another place in the town for the holding of a special meeting; provided, that any adjourned meeting may be held at any other place within the town designated by the Board.
