   (A)   Fees and rates within town limits.

      (1)   Residential rates are as follows.

   (C)   Tap fees.

      (1)   Tap fees are as follows.

      (2)   Size of meters shall be determined by the Municipal Authority/Public Works Director to prevent over or under sizing of water meters.

      (3)   For service taps larger than two-inch, all cost, including, without limitation, the meter, meter vault, bypass valve, backflow preventer, tapping saddle, and tap shall be paid by the customer, who shall be responsible for installation and connection in accordance with DEQ regulations and town ordinances.

      (4)   All tap fees shall be paid in advance.

      (5)   All street cuts and road bores shall be at the customer’s expense.
