(A) Implementation of changes in ordinance provisions. The City Council may promulgate rules and regulations, and/or amendments thereto, as is in its discretion in order to ensure the proper implementation of this subchapter. Such will be done according to local, state, and federal law.
(B) Severability. If any section of this subchapter, including but not limited to, any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or any other portion of this subchapter, is declared illegal or unconstitutional, or otherwise invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall not affect the remaining portions hereof.
