§ 114.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DETECTIVE AGENCY or SECURITY AGENCY. A firm or corporation or an individual holding itself, himself or herself out to the public as doing private detective or security work.
