(A) Any person who violates any provision of this traffic code where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500.
(B) Any person or business entity who fails to pay the fees required by § 70.55 within 30 days of the due date shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 and each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
