A Records Management and Preservation Advisory Committee is hereby established to advise the Administrator and to perform such other duties as this article requires. The Records Management and Preservation Committee shall be composed of the following members: The Mayor, chairman of the finance committee, the City Attorney, Municipal Judge, and the Administrator. The Mayor shall serve as committee chairman and the Administrator shall serve as committee secretary. The committee shall adopt rules for conduct of its business and shall meet whenever called by its chairman or the Administrator.
