§ 131.43 NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS BY CITY.
   The makes no warranties or representations regarding the fitness or suitability of its property for the installation of the permittees, cables or conduits or equipment and any performance of work or costs incurred by the permittee or provisions of services shall be at the permittee’s sole risk and expense.
