§ 131.07 SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING RESEARCH.
   131.07(A)   Prior to commencing the of in the , a permittee shall conduct whatever subsurface engineering research is reasonable and necessary to determine the location of existing underground so as to prevent the same from being disturbed by the permittee’s . At a minimum the permittee shall comply with the procedures set forth in F.S. § 556.105.
   131.07(B)   The permittee shall bear the cost of compliance with this Section.
