§ 131.05 RIGHTS-OF-WAY PERMIT FEES.
   131.05(A)   Established. Permit fees shall be established by resolution of the .
   131.05(B)   Payment of permit fees. No permit shall be issued without prior payment of permit fees where required.
   131.05(C)   Non-refundable fees. Permit fees that were paid for a permit that the has revoked for a breach are not refundable.
