§ 127.36 TRAFFIC CALMING DEVICES.
   127.36(A)   An engineering permit may only be issued for the installation of speed humps provided the following criteria are met:
   127.36(A)(1)   Installation requires 67% (minimum) approval by affected property , which approval shall be obtained by the utilization of a standard petition form provided by the city. The “affected property ” for installations within a privately maintained community or subdivision shall be defined as the entire membership of the . The “affected property ” for installations on a public cul-de-sac or no-outlet condition shall be all homeowners with lots having direct access onto the subject . The “affected property ” for installations on a public through shall be defined as all homeowners located within a half mile band width perpendicular to the centerline of the extending a half mile along the in each direction from the proposed installation.
