§ 126.10 PROHIBITED SIGNS.
   126.10(A)   Prohibited by location. Unless otherwise authorized, the following shall be prohibited:
   126.10(A)(1)    ;
   126.10(A)(2)    that extend above the or roof of a ;
   126.10(A)(3)    that obstruct the view of another , or ;
   126.10(A)(4)    that obstruct any window, door, fire escape, stairway, or opening intended to provide light, air, ingress, or egress for any that would cause a violation of the ;
   126.10(A)(5)    on benches and freestanding shelters;
   126.10(A)(6)   Any that can be viewed from a and remains stationary for a period in excess of 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays;
   126.10(A)(7)    that are towed behind a vehicle; and
   126.10(A)(8)    located on a fence.
   126.10(B)   Prohibited by type. Unless otherwise authorized, the following shall be prohibited:
   126.10(B)(1)    that do not comply with the provisions of this Chapter;
   126.10(B)(2)    ;
   126.10(B)(3)    on without a ;
   126.10(B)(4)    ;
   126.10(B)(5)    ;
   126.10(B)(6)    that may be confused with a ;
   126.10(B)(7)    ;
   126.10(B)(8)    that emit a sound, odor, or visible matter such as smoke or vapor;
   126.10(B)(9)    ;
   126.10(B)(10)    and dilapidated ;
   126.10(B)(11)    that are portable or unattached to a building or the ground;
   126.10(B)(12)    that are inflatable;
   126.10(B)(13)    that contain a visible light source;
   126.10(B)(14)    containing exposed neon or exposed light emitting diodes (LED);
   126.10(B)(15)   Externally illuminated where lighting is not recessed in the ground;
   126.10(B)(16)    with an internally illuminated cabinet;
   126.10(B)(17)   Channel lettering or with internally illuminated face;
   126.10(B)(18)   Off-premises , except that any lawfully erected Off-premises that existed on January 1, 2001 shall be treated as a non-conforming structure and use;
   126.10(B)(19)   Any , other than as may be required by county, state or federal rule, regulation or law, containing changeable content;
   126.10(B)(20)    , except as provided in Section 126.25; and
   126.10(B)(21)    .
