§ 125.17 ADEQUACY OF SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SITES OR FACILITIES.
   125.17(A)    disposal sites or facilities shall be available prior to occupancy to provide for the needs of the proposed at the level of service in Table 1 below.
   125.17(B)   A finding that disposal sites or facilities are available must be based upon a demonstration that existing disposal sites or facilities have sufficient to provide for the disposal needs of the proposed by the application and for other in the service area which are occupied, available for occupancy, for which are in effect or for which disposal has been reserved. If existing is unavailable, conditional approval may be granted if it is shown that there is an economically and fiscally feasible plan to expand disposal sites so that sufficient will be available for the disposal of the proposed by the application (and for other in the service area which are occupied, available for occupancy, for which are in effect or for which disposal has been reserved) prior to the issuance of any .
