§ 124.01 SCOPE OF REGULATIONS.
   No or or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed or altered and maintained, and no existing , new , or change of of any , or land of part thereof shall be made or continued, and no occupancy permit shall be issued, except in conformity with the provisions of these zoning regulations. This Section shall not apply to complete applications submitted prior to the effective date of this ordinance.
