§ 122.21 REPLACEMENT.
   122.21(A)   Designation of types. The term, is defined in Chapter 1 of the Code. All other (including in poor condition) are non-specimen .

   122.21(C)   Non-specimen . A removed non-specimen shall be replaced with its equivalent as defined in the Equivalent Replacement Table. However, under no circumstance shall any be replaced with a less than 300 replacement canopy area credit. The replacement or shall be a type of species having shade potential and other positive values, as described on the Replacement List, and at least equal replacement to that of the being removed.
   122.21(C)(1)    and .   and shall be installed as Florida grade no. 1 or better and pursuant to the Equivalent Replacement Table and Tree Replacement List. A minimum of 50% native replacement are required. However, all shall be replaced with , as approved by the .
