122.20(A) Standards for relocation.
122.20(A)(1) Any
being relocated shall not be damaged during removal, transport, or replanting of that
.
122.20(A)(2) If the species has a dormant period, the

122.20(A)(3) Adequate space for root and crown development shall be provided.
122.20(A)(4) An inspection is required prior to root Pruning and relocation. In addition, a final inspection is required after installation and/or relocation.
122.20(A)(5)
shall be root Pruned according to sound arboricultural standards prior to relocation. Root Pruning utilizing mechanical methods such as backhoes or trenchers is prohibited, and shall constitute a violation of this Chapter. Root Pruning shall extend to the

minimum of 90 days prior to relocation, except for
which shall remain in place for a minimum of 120 days prior to relocation.

122.20(A)(7)

122.20(B) Bond Requirements. A permit holder conducting Tree relocation activities involving shall post a

Such bond amount shall be determined by the and shall be equal to twice the amount of the published trade wholesale price.
122.20(C) Determination of condition of relocated
