§ 111.23 BACKFLOW PREVENTION.
   111.23(A)    .
   111.23(A)(1)   Certification. An approved backflow prevention device, consistent with the requirements of the , is required on all to the water lines. Along with the installation of a backflow device, all nonresidential customers shall be required to have their potable and fire line backflow devices certified at the time of installation and tested annually. A passing certification from a certified backflow prevention testing company shall be provided to the indicating compliance and shall be submitted to the during the month of January each . Certifications must be dated during the prior to the submission of the certification to the . Failure to comply with this Section shall result in termination of water service to the customer until the violation of this Section is cured.
   111.23(A)(2)   Compliance. All devices shall adhere to the requirements of the and Rule 62-555 Florida Administrative Code.
   111.23(B)    .   of the Sunrise Utilities system shall comply with the City of Sunrise Code of Ordinances and Rule 62-555 Florida Administrative Code regarding backflow prevention.
